[TYPO3] Typo3 4.2 Alpha 2

Hi list So with the release now of Typo3 4.2 Alpha2 is there any access to an updated version of TSref and TSconfig that accompanies it, where one can see what has been added? And where can one make requests/sponsor for new functionality to be added? http://typo3.org/news-single-view/?tx_newsi
