Hi,
the lowlevel 'extensions' are a couple of shellscripts.
They are in sysext/lowlevel as fare as I remember.

I went through the changelog of T3 4.1 and found something about a
"lowlevel" extension done by Kasper which should enable special cli
scripts. This ext has to be installed through TER it said..
Well, as far as I know "lowlevel" is the DB Config module of the main
navigation of T3. OK.. But
