I have found the extension manual of (page_php_content), but I could not
find the extension self. Does somebody know where I can find it?

Hopefully nowhere at all because this might be the biggest security hole one
could get for TYPO3. :-)

Very usefull ext ;)
But use it with care, setup untrusted users so them cant use "PHP
script" content type etc.
