Like magic another import brought almost everything back and cleared
also the messed up pages table. I feel like getting an undo for a real
life situation :)

I guess this time host master couldn't help since the site was made
today, I think the backups usually are from the day before. But thank
you very much, I will try that tomorrow :)

They almost always have backups.
