If you use Typo3 4.1 you should uninstall and delete local version of extension rtehtmlarea, and then install it again - after deleting htmlarea will install as system extension. Mentioned file (htmlarea.js) is located under in directory: /www/www.ais.pl/typo3_src-4.1/typo3/sysext/rtehtmlarea/html
