Hello, I have mysql installed from XAMPP. There are lots of databases already created in latin-1. In this article: http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/UFT-8_support it mentions my.cnf and says that the setting for this will affect all databases, only do what it says when there are no latin

[TYPO3] Making multi-lingual sites

Hi, I have to make some websites with typo3 that use different languages, both the websites themselves and for content editors. Is TYPO3 setup already to allow this? What I mean is, is the content going to get rendered correctly when it's in russian or chinese or french? And saved correctly in
