Did you try powermail? Allthough I did not try this, but since you can
easily create ###fields### there, maybe you can implement it in
tmpl_emails.html by making some checkboxes.

Thanks a lot for your answer. I tried this extension already for some
months. But as far as I understood it's only possible to send it to a
number of static recipients or ONE of the dynamic addresses. And I'm
looking for a posibility to select one or more recipients.
