[TYPO3] RTE/htmlArea in tt_address or fe_users

Does anyone know of a way to enable the RTE/htmlarea for the description field of tt_address or fe_users (or any extension table for that matter, I guess) in the backend through the template setup or a method which doesn't involve an extension? Just wondering if there was a faster way. Thank y
