TYPO3 version was 4.1.6, I've since upgraded it to 4.2.1. It's running TV v 1.3.7 & rtehtmlarea 1.7.5 I suspect its not related to those versions, as there are about 30 other typo3 sites on the same server, and while the typo3 versions would be varied, none of the others are having an issue. There was an modification made to the server the day this happened - SOAP & Openssl were added - not sure how they would have any impact. Thank you.
