I'm trying to make user accounts with different rights, like this:
Editor - *can't* create pages, only edit existing content, but *can*
create (add) news *and* make them visible
SuperEditor - same as editor, plus can create new page *and* make them
visible
Poweruser - can view Tools > Lo
