[TYPO3] can't get to typo3 backend

The username and password are correct, but i just can't log in with any user i have in be_users I set up display errors to 1, and i'm getting this error session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter- headers already sent (output started at /typo3_src-3.8.1/t3lib/class.t3lib_db.php:741) in * /t
