I want to upgrade to 4.1.1 is there any problems or patches i have to be
aware of? Any reccommendations regarding upgrades? should I even upgrade?

Hey dave,
I updated about 20 website from 4.0.x to 4.1.x, and it's pretty
straightforward. Use the "UPDATE TABLES" (in the database analzyer)
command and the "Update Wizard" in the install tool and you're good to go.
