[TYPO3] xhtml validation issue

Hi, I have an issue with titles. If there is a "&" sign in the title of an object (a news, a page, ...) or in a menu, typo3 does not replace it with the & sign. It does in htmlarea though, but not in titles. So it fails xhtml validation. Any fix for this? Thanks __
