I have TYPO3 Ver. 4.2.6 and RealURL Ver. 1.5.3!
I tried to setup a multidomain, multi language onePageTree Website.
It all worked great but I have one small problem with realURL:
It takes every time the German Site Title for the navigation:

Have you defined the page alias, navigation title or "speaking URL path
segment" in the default language (in the flexform of the page properties)?
I have the same effect when I want to define a path segment "by hand" in
the default language, it's used in all languages.

I have just entred the *Pagetitle* in all languages!
As far as I can remember it worked one time but since I added the
multidomain feauture it's broken!

for each domain you need to define the rootpage.
TIP:
Have a look here and how it is done here and compare it to your settings or
simply reuse it ;-)

Try to set it up like the multidomain and multilang in cbrealurl
but simply add always your starting URL and if it is the same ok than add it
and see what happens!
