I am trying to set up 'Glossary Extended ( sg_glossary )' and everything
work fine, except form the tag in htmlArea RTE.
Every time I type 'keyword' it is stored in the database as
'keyword' (< > are converted to < >).
When I disable RTE, 'keyword' is stored in the databas
Use TypoScript Object Browser to explore "lib.parseFunc" and
"lib.parseFunc_RTE" and disable some parts of it or disable it
completely by adding "lib.parseFunc_RTE >" to the TS Setup of your root
template.

you just need to upgrade your typo3 site to version 4.2.8

This functionality is still used, in fact I was setting one up last
night for a client. You don't actually say what the problem might be -
is it that you text in the RTE doesn't have the right style for
paragraphs and headlines or is it that you can't use your own classes
any more in the R

I'm using 4.2.2 and DAM 1.1.
when using the RTE, images don't get displayed in the front-end (images
exist, but the img tag is not inserted in the source)
In the RTE itself, adding images is no problem and all get stored in
the DB.
