I Solved my problem.
The problem was that i have allready loaded the normal jquery.js and this
conflicted with mm_forum jquery static template.
So my solution was to leave out the regular jquery.

Are you sure your template isn't disabled? Uncheck the "disable" box
checkbox if it's checked. This is probably what causes the red icon.

I had exactly same problem (facebook does not resolve images in pasted
links that points to typo3 web page).
I solved it by xclass-ing tslib_cObj (function cImage) in our extension.
