- is your database native utf8 or need your system to convert charsets?
- do you have a php accelerator (appcelerator, etc)
- is cache in typo3 enabled
- are your tables intact (install > compare db?)
- what das the system monitor show (processor - ram)

You should have your server administrator have a look at the setup, but most
new TYPO3 installations have a lot of debugging log enabled(deprecation log
etc.), have a look at this:

You may run diff on current trunk and your files and see the difference. If
there is no difference, then it should be a bug.

Thanks for that but I have tried every option within the display errors tool
but when I click on News Admin I still receive the Internal Server Error and
Page Not Found. I have also rechecked the permissions
and they appear to be fine.
