I am using the book "TYPO3 TEMPLATES" written by the TYPO3 gang, and I'm
not seeing my CSS changes.
I have a separate directory under templates called CSS, with the files from
the book
I typed in manually.
Do I neter the CSS into the template, (& if so where), or do I do it in
