Hello,
I remember seeing an empty manual. You could it use to write your own
manual for an extension.
But now I don't remember where i have seen it. Been searching but can't
find it.
Does anyone here know where i can get it?

Yes that was what I was looking for.
It's even in the typo3 installation in the available extensions.

I am trying to set up and learn front end editing. So far, I am feeling

I would like to insert links in my content elements using HTML editor like this

Now Typo3 editor make them http://mydomain.com/?id=10 for internal links
or adds http:// for external links , like
