Looks like its fluidpages, issue created at https://github.com/FluidTYPO3/fluidpages/issues/17. There must be something in the upgraded database that doesn't agree with 6.0.0 + fluidpages as fresh empty install does work OK, just not an existing pagetree. Uncaught TYPO3 Exception #1294585070:
