Update:
I removed everything from the typo3temp/Cache/ directory a second time.
Now everything seems to work, including the frontend.
The only question i have now: Why it worked only after a second time?

The backend works now at like 98%. When i click on "Filelist" it only shows a
blank page. Thats the only thing i saw, which is not working.
The frontend shows only white pages, everywhere i go (

I opened the "LocalConfiguration.php" in the "typo3conf" folder. What i see is
this (i ventured to replace some parts, because of a password in there and because i think the rest
of the file doesn't matter):
