[TYPO3-english] RealURL leaving out segment in 2 languages only

We have a section of a web site that is leaving out part of the path segment in two languages -- Japanese and Chinese -- but is working correctly in Korean, Russian, etc. The issue shows both in breadcrumbs and the sr_languageselector dropdown. In the path: Home >> Level1 >> Level2 >> Level3 >
