I reverted my installation back to Typo3 4.4 and the modules came back.

Did you just upgrade from TYPO3 4.5 and didn't run the Upgrade Wizards
(or did not select those sysexts to be installed). They have been
outsourced as system extensions.

I'm using Typo3 4.5.3 and the Access, Info and Function Web modules are not
in the menu.
Has anyone experienced this before? I've checked in the extension list and
the wizard_crpagetree extension is installed.
I can't think of what might be causing this.
