I'm using version 4.5.27 and I want to setup a page where users can register
and create their own webpage(s). Is that possible in Typo3, and if it is - how
? Plase someone answer me :)

you mean arbitrary users can login and edit a couple of own pages?
I'd say that's not what TYPO3 is made for, hence it would be possible to
implement it, of course, with a larger TYPO3 knowledge.
