It is IMHO the best an easiest way to setup even a complex TYPO3 webseite in
more or less no time. You have lots of already existong templates available
where you can start with. Additional you can backup your templates at any
time and have some kind of backtrace if something goes wrong. Y

The situation where this framework excels the most is if you are a
talented HTM
I use it and really like it. Does speed up developing templates as you can
reuse things. Found it easy to start on a new install and then copy one of
the default skins and modify from that point. Only used it on new installs
so far
