If you need parts like breadcrumb , menues, date in header, lgon box etc, than
install a typo3 dummy and than one of those yaml packages you'll find in ter.
Afterwards you can copy paste what you need to your own design and site. It
also takes about 1 hour until you get a working site with those

Install a dummy package and than multishop and you will have pretty much the
same with lots of flexibility. but you would need about 1 hour time to install
everything until you can insert the products ;-)
Try it if you are looking for something like this shop
