I just upgraded a multi language site from 6.1.7 to 6.2 and this
apparently broke my multi language setup.
My page is in danish (default) and english(L=1) language.
My TS is as follows:

sys_language_uid = 0
language = da
locale_all = da_DK.UTF-8

Did you update the database using the database analyzer in the Install tool?
Did you run the Update wizard?
