No, the point was to *not* re-implement all the features which are not
related to extension management in a "normal" TYPO3 installation.

Basically the new EM takes very long to load at all. The icons are to near to
each other and much to small to be usable i.e. on iPad either. The 4.7.7 EM
worked fine on iPad.
