U-boot for Marvell Kirkwood boards no longer work after the EABI changes
introduced in commit f772acf8a584067033eff1e231fcd1fb3a00d3d9. This
turns out to be caused by a stack alignment issue. The armv5te
instructions ldrd/strd instructions require 8-byte alignment to work
properly (otherwise undefi

The lib_[arch]/board.c code calls the bb_miiphy_init that will do just 2 things:
1) Relocate the bb_mii_buses[i].* hooks (.init, .mdio_active, .delay, ...)
2) Call the board bb_mii_buses[i].init (board specific code).
The board specifc code will be contained into the hook .init filed
