[PATCH v2 1/3] arm: dts: add support for Videostrong KII Pro

[Ferass El Hafidi]

Import the device tree from mainline linux (v6.4-rc1) and add the
old PHY reset bindings in the PHY node, else U-Boot and linux won't
be able to use the PHY.
