the clients CD - you need to look at the unibasic extensions manual and read
the topics on the callhttp api and the soap api - if it is a soap webservice
the soap api may be easier, but you can do either using the http

If you don't need this quickly or you want a solution for free,
there are many ways to get U2
My first guess would be, since you are printing to the HOLD file (which is
a directory type) is that your disk is getting full of temporary files. The
second is that there is a record already in the file and the permissions are
such that you can't write over it.
