To both of you, No, it's not a compiled I-TYPE DICT item, as Mecki
mentioned that the manual doesn't say that's necessary.
If it is, shouldn't the HELP say it has to be?

which now works with a compiled I-TYPE DICT item:

If you use the previous menu [logged in] -> U2 Email List that links to the
Gmane view of the user list where you can search the archives easily. The
other page links to IndexFocus as an alternative, but it looks like that may
not be operating.
