We are moving all our Universe servers onto Solaris at which point we will start using the API instead. Initial tests look very good. We use Iplanet/Weblogic communicating to Universe via mq over a custom java interface and the GCI for putting messages back. </snip> Sorry for this some what fundamental question but I want to get an idea how well this will scale Does the Universe end of MQ require a phantom or Universe process to handle that side of the communications or do the websphere processes handle that?
