I just found this while looking through the product matrix notes.

and a different UniVerse process was executing the PORT.STATUS command, the

There are some HP-specific tuning parameters in UV10.x - 'SPINTRIES' and
'SPINSLEEP'.
Maybe these need to be set up somehow?
