Short answer: yes. Look into uv/net. You can also define remote pointers in your voc, but then you won't be locking on the remote box. Last time I checked, you could not use uv/net between two boxes with the same license number, in those very rare instances where someone has a site license. -O

Louie It depends what you mean by "work with" and how you have your cluster configured. Are you using IBM's HACMP clustering software? If so, how is it configured now for your non-UV apps? What benefits are you expecting from clustering? Do you have UV Transaction Logging or Replication in use

UniVerse release 10.1.12 I am not using UV Transaction Logging or Replication. I'd like to be able to hook our IBM P570 and P650, and a Linux PC together, and have one instance of UniVerse using all computers, balancing the load between them, and sharing files and accounts between them (e.g. LOGT
