Clif, Why don't you just set up a new category in the Spectrum blog for conference happenings? It has an RSS feed built-in and anyone can check on it from the intarweb. You can post video segments, if equipment is available, and sound bytes. Glen

As a complete BTW on this thread - the twitter api is realy simple esp if you are on *nix - just use curl e.g. curl -u username:password message text http://twitter.com/statuses/update.json So also very easy to slot into your Databasic - i use this for some activity logs for some of my Phantoms.

My last comment on this before suggesting we now move over to the u2- community list if there are further ideas of a non-technical nature. (I found Symeon's idea of using Twitter to pass along alerts from phantoms rather clever.) I want to thank everyone who shared their comments, both on
