Working for one of these distributors, I know that IBM have picked up on
this and there is a process available which will allow authorised people
to gain access.

"use the clients licence to access the knowledgebase". We provide
support for a number of u2 sites but cannot get any direct access. This
tends to make it difficult for call logging etc. however to give IBM
their due
