If I remember correctly, members of the Administrators group are ALWAYS
prompted for account.

Jeff, this can be done through GUI UniAdmin tool.
Start UniAdmin, select your server. Select Network Services. Select Telnet.
Select Users tab and here you will define your UniVerse users by name, and
directory you want them to attach to at login. The Help button describes the
use of Domain or

administrator or it apparently will always prompt for an account no
matter what.
