It certainly did, but this shouldn't be an 'unexpected surprise' ;-) The 10.1 ODBC server is incompatible with the 10.0 ODBC Client So, you must upgrade *all* the machines with an ODBC Client to the 10.1 version before you upgrade your UV server(s).
