Thanks for your reply and your introduction as the owner of the company.
Unfortunately the thirst of my mind to know the answers from you that I had
asked you in my email has remained still a thirst.



As per your email that you don’t know our 2 companies that is run by Mr.
Najeeb ur Rehman C.E.O of Direct Homes & Al Olama Properties then how come
you are propagating against these 2 companies in the market.



I want to put your kind attention towards a fact that your company has also
dealt with us. One of your agent naming *Mr. Khurum Ijaz Baig* has brought
some business to us. He got also commission from our company.



The experience of doing business with each other (Our Company & Your
Company) was very good and we had never an issue in these dealings then how
come suddenly an email from you was found in the market propagating against
us? Which has immensely destroyed our reputation in the market. Which is
completely unethical and unacceptable.



We are Real Estate Companies which has some boundaries and limitations. We
are doing business in the market it doesn’t mean we will use cheap tactics
to attract the customers and discourage them through these cheap tactics.
This was not expected from a reputable company and as a sensible owner of a
reputed company from you to propagate against us in a market in a way like
this.



This email which is a poisness propaganda against us is still now
circulating in the market repeatedly. We have left with no option except to
take a legal action against this. And the legal action has already been
taken against the concern people who were and who are involve in this
immoral act.

6)      Do you have any prove that we are the fraud companies and we have
cheated the people?
7)      You mentioned about Direct Homes & Al Olama Properties have 70
cases in Bur Dubai Police Station? Can you provide the details about all
these 70 cases against the CEO Mr. Najeeb ur Rehman of Al Olama properties
and Direct Homes?

I will appreciate your good self if you could give me all these answer.

We have already taken a legal action against you and including your
company. We were trying to approach to your company owner but unfortunately
we didn’t able to reach him.
