Sorry - I thought you said AC based! Apologies.
I thought I had read something about some issues in 5.6.4+. I'm slow on
updates unless they are critical because I hate bugs...

The CPU Clock speed in the M radios is 390 MHz, the half harmonic of the
780 MHz LTE radios. The firmware changes the clock speed to 400. You can
get the firmware from Ubnt support. Just send a request and you will have
it in about 20 minutes.

They move the CPU clock to 400 MHz to move the CPU interference out of
Verizon's licensed spectrum.
The downfall is that you now interfere with someone else instead, but I don't
know I've heard any actual cases of that happening.

Airmax M radios need "special" firmware to co-locate with verizon? What are
they changing in the firmware that fixes this? Is there any downfall to the
WISP to running this firmware?

Are you using latest beta firmware?
If not I'd recommend it. They have been working a ton of bugs out of the AC
stuff.

Airmax M radios will interfere with Verizon if you don't have the corrected
firmware. It's a special version of every firmware. That's one way. You
wouldn't be seeing them at -70 in those bands. It's something else.
