Hi Bas,
found the issue. chroot with precise has only geos-dev which includes both
c++ and c.
but in ubuntugis-unstable there is new version with geos-dev and geos++-dev.
using geos++dev in control file gives build error for me in chroot. and
when i change it to geos-dev my local build on chroot

inital problem was with gpg key id. But dput always says uploaded
sucessfully..

This doesn't look like a source-only upload, those are required for
Launchpad.
Try gbp buildpackage with the option
--git-pbuilder-options="--debbuildopts=-S"

Hello all,
I am having a problem uploading .changes to ubuntugis-unstable ppa.
dput says uploaded sucessfully. I am sure that I had pushed packages in the
past. But I cannot do it now. Also I check my inbox and there was no
message saying rejected, uploaded or anything.
