It seems that support for libcrypto/openssl and libcrypto++ is disabled
in libgdal20. Without gdal built against one of those I am unable to
authenticate in order to use the new Google Earth Engine Data API
driver:

https://gdal.org/drv_eeda.html

For example, in the documentation for the driver:

EEDA_PRIVATE_KEY=string: RSA private key encoded as a PKCS#8 PEM file,
with its header and footer. Used together with EEDA_CLIENT_EMAIL to use
OAuth2 Service Account authentication. Requires GDAL to be built against
libcrypto++ or libssl.

When I try to use:
ogrinfo -ro -al "EEDA:" -oo COLLECTION=projects/earthengine-
public/assets/COPERNICUS/S2 --config EEDA_CLIENT_EMAIL "my_svc@email"
--config EEDA_PRIVATE_KEY_FILE my_key.json

ERROR 6: CPLRSASHA256Sign() not implemented: GDAL must be built against
libcrypto++ or libcrypto (openssl)

I'm on Bionic and have the latest openssl/libcrypto-dev, then installed
gdal packages from ubuntugis unstable.

Thanks.

Chris
