Thanks, Luke. I will file a bug in launchpad. Unfortunately, while my patch fixes the worst structural navigation problems, there are still major issues. The Bookmarks dialog becomes inaccessible, and there are some other more minor navigation goobers. I think I'll need to dive into the code in more depth.
