This time around when 13.10 came out, I was a bit more hopefull that
this will be a fine precursor to the next lts release which will have
wonderful progress since 12.04.
But Now my worries are getting more and more grave as to how long will
we have to stay with 12.04 as the most accessible

hi i tried 12.04 on my macbook
everything worked right out of the box
the only issue when restarting it hangs
i had a sighted person read the screen its stuck on the ubuntu screen
the only fix is just to manually hit the power button and restart

hi i'm new to linux i installed 12.04.3 on my desktop and installation went
well till reboot
the login drum kept repeating itself and quit and no sound from orca
i tried several times to re-install
any suggestions
i use to run 12.04 fine on the desktop

press after the drums sound Control_S twice and Orca will start. At
least it works for me.
