Can I report these accessibility issues here, Your best bet is to file bugs against the relevant packages in the distro, however they are not likely to be fixed any time soon. All of what you mention, online accounts and webapps are using Qt Webkit, which has no accessibility yet, and not likely to be done any time soon so far as I know.
