Ok, I was able to inter a password in samba and am now able to log on to my
ubuntu system.
However, the only folder I see is the add printer.
I had shared folders in gnome using the share folder choice,
but they don't seem to be there when I log on from a windows computer.
Has anyone worked
Hi, I now see my ubuntu machine from the windows machines.
What do I have to edit to be able to log on to the ubuntu computer from the
windows machine.
I thought it used the same user name and password I use to log on when gnome
starts.

I added my password and assume it uses the same username I use to log on to
ubuntu which is mike.
Is there something else I have to edit.
