[ubuntu-art] moving from ubuntu-looks to clear-looks

Hi all, After discussing the ubuntu-looks engine with a few developers we have decided to look into replacing it with clear-looks (or perhaps murrine) for Hardy. This means that we need a gtkrc of the new variety (which one can change the colors to afterwards) based on the current ubuntu theme.
