I'm unsure on edit-paste but it's better than the old one. Something
just strikes me odd about view-refresh. I can't put my finger on it
yet. And there's outline, finish and shadowing inconsistencies. Along
with it looking kinda KDE.

Ok. Looking at it again it still has that heavy Tango outlining to it
and does not use our empty mime for paper on the clipboard. Don't like
this one at all.

I don't like view-refresh either.
I think we should do something more like the current Human one.
system-run it's not bad but the top gear in the 128px icon it's not
consistent with the other two.
