Hi Serghei,
Here are all steps you have to follow to submit your banner.
1). First of all you have to login via your launchpad user-id.
2). Now Go to attachments
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Website/PreciseCountdownBanner?action=AttachFile)
.
3). Upload your images and save.
4). Now Go to edit (edit wiki page). and attach your images as {
"[attachment:image.png]" } (without quotes).
Thats all.
